揚州周延
『徳川時代貴婦⼈の図 ⼭⾥のづいき（芋茎）引き』 明治30年(1897）
周延の描く美人は少し堅い表情が多いのですが、こちらは女性たちの楽しげな様子が生き生き描かれていて個人的に好きな絵です。

Chikanobu’s drawing of women looks a little stiff , but this one is my personal favorite because it shows women enjoying themselves so much.

Elephants often appear in Ukiyoe as a rare animal. Ukiyoe with elephants are still one of the most popular today. In this painting, the viewer is also an animal. (Please inquire about this work.)

また、従来のお手頃なコーナー[再版画&1万円台]に加え、[2万円台の作品]もお手に取りやすく配置しました。皆様のお越しをお待ちしております。

After Golden Week, we are in normal business today. We have framed many works and they are quite worth seeing in the gallery.

鞠ヶ瀬秋夜（丸橋忠也）は、当画廊のある神田御茶ノ水界隈と縁の深い方。

Shuya Marigase (Chuya Maruhashi) has a close connection with the Kanda Ochanomizu area where our gallery is located.
