なお、今月24日は五拾画廊創業１０周年となります。
古美術の世界で長年修行を積み、独立開業いたしましたが、おかげさまでなんとかこの日を迎えることができました。

今後とも五拾画廊をどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

Tuesday, 12/26 will be a temporary closing, and Wednesday, 12/27 will be the last business day of the year. Winter vacation will be from 12/28 (Thu.) to 1/8 (Mon.).

From our latest catalog, which will be distributed in the latter half of January next year, we would like to introduce the works of Yoshitoshi Tsukioka.

On the 24th of this month, we will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the founding of Goju-Garo（50 Gallery).

The owner of Goju-Garo（50 Gallery) has been working in the antique art industry for many years before opening his own business, however, thanks to your support, the gallery has managed to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

化物退治で有名な頼光。スタッフの間でこの浮世絵だけは愛着を込めて「小籠包」と呼ばれております。なんだか美味しそう。

Yorimitsu is famous for exterminating monsters. However, this ukiyoe is affectionately called “soup dumpling” among our staff members. It looks kind of delicious.

11月4週は日月祝日休み、通常営業の予定です。

町田市立国際版画美術館に周延展を観に行って参りました。

武士から絵師へと歩んだ揚州周延。珍しい図も多く、あまりに多作なために見落としがちな絵師としてのこだわりまでもが見えてくる、とても充実した展覧会でした。

12/10まで開催。

We will be open for regular business during the 4th week of November, closed on Sundays, Mondays and national holidays.

We have visited Machida City Museum of Graphic Arts to see Chikanobu exhibition.

Chikanobu was a samurai who became a ukiyoe artist. It was a very fulfilling exhibition with many rare paintings, which revealed even his particularities as a ukiyoe artist, which are often overlooked due to his prolific works.

The exhibition will be held until December 10.

現在東京国立博物館で開かれているやまと絵の展覧会が人気だそう。当店にも一点珍しいやまと絵がありますよ。泥酔した鬼たちに酔い覚ましの柿が薦められています。ということは、季節は秋？

来週末、10/27から、神保町では神田古本まつりも始まります。

Because it is in such beautiful condition, customers sometimes ask, “Is it a printed reproduction?” “Was it made recently?” However, except for the works in the reproductions section in the corner of the gallery storefront, all of our Ukiyo-e prints are genuine prints printed at that time. Please enjoy them.
