Other days we will be open for regular business, closed on Sunday, Monday, and national holidays.
Now we are working on the catalog to be distributed in January next year.
We are featuring several Ukiyo-e masterpieces in the series. The photos are
Shingen Takeda (part of a work) from Yoshitoshi’s series of masterpieces.

あぶな絵とは春画一歩手前。見る側の想像妄想に委ねる手法は浮世絵にも見られます。昔の文化は豊かですね。

“Abuna-e” is a type of Shunga, which is a profound expression that leaves interpretation to the viewer’s imagination and fantasy. The same technique can be seen in ukiyoe. The culture of the past is truly rich.
